Reflex Etikett expands capabilities with Nilpeter FA-22 flexo press

The move continues the Group’s strategy of standardizing on the FA-Line platform across multiple sites.

Reflex Etikett, part of the international Reflex Group, has further expanded its production capabilities in Norway with the installation of a new Nilpeter FA-22 flexo press. The move continues the Group’s strategy of standardizing on the FA-Line platform across multiple sites.

The installation marks another important step in the long-standing partnership between Reflex Group and Nilpeter, with Reflex Group now operating a total of 17 Nilpeter presses. Following recent investments across the UK and the United States, the new FA-22 now brings the same proven technology to Reflex’s Norwegian operation, ensuring greater production flexibility, consistent print quality, and seamless job transfer across the Group’s international manufacturing footprint.

Located in Norway, Reflex Etikett has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality self-adhesive labels and packaging solutions to a broad range of industries. The investment in the FA-22 provides the company with additional capacity while supporting its continued focus on efficiency, automation, and premium print quality.

The new press enables Reflex Etikett to handle an even wider variety of applications while maintaining the high levels of productivity and consistency expected throughout the Reflex Group. By operating on the same FA-Line platform as other Reflex sites, jobs can be moved between production facilities more efficiently, strengthening both operational flexibility and business continuity.

The installation also reinforces the Group’s long-term strategy of building a common production platform across its international operations. Standardized equipment, shared workflows, and consistent performance make it easier to optimize production while providing customers with the same quality regardless of manufacturing location.

Ian Kendall, founder and chief executive of Reflex Group, comments, “The installation in Norway is another important milestone in our strategy of creating a unified production platform across the Group. We know exactly what we get with the FA-Line – reliable performance, outstanding print quality, and a platform that supports both today’s production requirements and our future ambitions. It allows us to operate more efficiently across multiple countries while giving our customers complete confidence in the consistency of our products.”

For Nilpeter, the installation further demonstrates the strength of a partnership that continues to grow across several international markets. David Kitson, managing director, Nilpeter UK, remarks, “Seeing the FA-Line platform continue to expand throughout the Reflex Group is something we’re incredibly proud of. The installation at Reflex Etikett in Norway is another example of how a common technology platform can help large print groups standardize production, improve flexibility, and support future growth. We greatly value the partnership with Reflex and look forward to continuing the journey together.”
